When our professional paths crossed for the first time, we did not think that together we would achieve things that the oldest lawyers or engineers could not even dream of. We have implemented dozens of kilometres of roads and motorways, built the largest waste-to-energy plants or the longest and most modern road tunnels in Poland. We have managed projects of over PLN 6 billion value, solved hundreds of disputes and privately …. we still like each other! We love working together and sharing our knowledge with others. Join us! Natalia Jodłowska
President of the Management Board

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Legal counsel specialised in solving commercial disputes, in particular in the field of infrastructure projects and M&A transactions while supporting amicable methods of dispute resolution. She gained her professional experience working in the litigation and arbitration team of an acknowledged Polish law firm and in an international advisory company of the so-called BIG4. Currently, she is associated with an international company from the infrastructure sector implementing public procurement and PPP projects as a general contractor. Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, the Court of Arbitration at the Lewiatan Confederation and the Construction Arbitration Court at Polish Consulting Engineers and Experts Association (SIDiR) in Warsaw. Lecturer at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw, BIM Studies at the Silesian University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture, and arbitration training. Panel member at Polish and international conferences and author of publications in the field of arbitration.

Marcin Żabka
Member of the Management Board

Graduated from the Poznań University of Technology (Politechnika Poznańska), faculty – civil engineering, area of study – motorway construction and operation. He was awarded a degree of Master of Science in Engineering in 2005. He has many years of managerial and construction project management expertise. He has gained the experience as a key member of a foreign entrepreneur staff in Poland, as well as while participating in foreign projects (e.g., in the USA), in public administration and as a co-owner of a company executing municipal projects. For several years associated with one of the largest European companies from the infrastructure sector, which he introduced to the Polish market and developed further – initially as Technical Director (delegated directly to the implementation of strategic infrastructure projects for roads and energy sector), then as Deputy General Director of the Polish branch.

Paweł Strąk
Member of the Management Board

Graduated from the Technical University of Lodz (Politechnika Łódzka), faculty of Civil Engineering (area of study: civil engineering structures). He was awarded a degree of master of science (Engineer) in 2008. In 2007, he was awarded a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Coventry University in the UK. Graduate of postgraduate studies at Poznań University of Technology (Politechnika Poznańska) in public investment, FIDIC and World Bank procedures (2009). He has gained professional experience in public road administration and in major construction companies on the Polish and foreign markets. He has held managerial positions in numerous contracts as well as Director of Contracts and Dispute Management Department of a foreign entrepreneur in Poland. He has participated in the management of construction sites such as expressways, railroads, airports, and tunnels.
