SUSP is an association of project alliance participants founded in 2022 by experienced engineers, lawyers, contract managers and managers. The association has implemented projects for the largest companies in the construction industry and cooperated with major investors from both the public and private sectors for many years. This has allowed it to learn the most complex problems and the weakest points to be faced during project implementation at different stages. The mission of the association is to introduce a new quality in cooperation between all participants of the investment process, and its ultimate goal is to promote the culture of integrated project delivery.
